On Sept 7 we will have a memorial service in Los Angeles at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church 2060 N Vermont. At 10:30 AM. After that we plan a drive to Malibu beach which she loved and will be the final stop. Come if you wish and be with family and friends, and remember to RSVP to help us plan.

The funeral service will take place at 11am on September 19th at Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, MN. Visitation time will begin at 10am, and the interment at Maple Knoll Cemetery will follow the service.

Sadly our friend Richard Barker took his own life on the 1st September 2019. This online memorial site is to enable friends and family from all over the world to be able to share photos, memories and leave tributes to a beloved friend, son, brother and uncle.

Richard, Rich, Barks or Barker was one of the worlds gems being kind, generous, good fun and always enthusiastic. He was a louder than life personality and connected with all people he met from all walks of life. Enjoying sport, music and having a technology minded brain opened his world up to many different avenues and experiences. Living and travelling to a huge range of different countries saw him always on the go and loving life.

She leaves behind two beautiful...  moreIsabella Marques St.Amant, born December 20th, 1976 passed away suddenly September 16th, 2019. Isabella had a strong Christian faith and fought a long illness and was sent to be with the Lord peacefully at 42 years of age. She leaves behind two beautiful children , Zachery and Taylor, family and friends who will carry on her memory. Isabella grew up in Calgary Aberta and went out to venture on her own at a young age. She married at 20 years of age and led a succesful and fufilled life with her husband of 15 years and although seperated ,remained very close friends over the years. Isabella devoted her adult life to going back to school to obtain her Grade 12, working with high risk youth and sexually exploited children and youth inmates integrating back into society. She and her husband fosterd many children over the years and had plans to work overseas as Missionaries and just shy of these plans coming to fruition, Isabellas life was cut short by her illness that quickly took hold two short weeks...    less

We are...  moreThe family of Sandie Friar Tolstad sadly share the news that Sandie passed away in her sleep after suffering a stroke, on September 9, 2019. Sandie, 56, was living in South Lake Tahoe with her husband, Lee Tolstad at the time of her passing. We are grieving the loss of a mother, wife, sister, friend, artist, musician, cowgirl, and spiritual sage. Sandie was a free spirit, an old soul, and an unforgettable woman.

Sandra Susan Friar was born March 27,1963 at Vandenberg Air Force Base, to Woodrow and Edda Friar, the third of their four children. Sandie grew up in Lompoc, where she attended Lompoc High School, raised her own three children, developed deep and lasting friendships, and cultivated her artistic and musical gifts. Sandie participated in several “mural in a day” events and designed and painted a beautiful mural with an underwater theme for the Village Country Club pool area.
