The memorial organizer requested donations in honor of Joshua Formo

Support the family.

There was no life insurance to cushion the adjustment to one income. My (Rachel) hope is that we can help Kelly with the stress of immediate finances so she can focus on grieving and adjusting to life without her best friend. Thank you for any and all support :) --Rachel

Joshua Formo

December 16, 1978 - July 20, 2019
