Josh was an extremely valuable member of our company, someone whom lead and learned, who worked thoughtfully and thoroughly, and built great relationships along the way. We spoke often about life and its challenges, making sure to always point out how proud I (we) were of him. We built a good friendship over time and knew we could be honest with each other, no judgement ever passed. His loss is a tremendous loss, his pain is our pain. I will miss him forever.
