Shortly after meeting Josh I hired him as our Sr. Industrial Technician on August 12, 2014. Josh was the kind of person anyone would want to have on your team and representing your company. He was committed to doing the job right, doing it safely and demonstrated professionalism and integrity. We spent hours together at mining facilities and built up a great friendship too. Kelly is an amazing woman and I knew that the moment we met for dinner at El Coral that I would need her blessing in what we were about to embark on. I know Kelly & Josh appreciated my sense of humor when the waiter unveiled the hard hat beneath the cloche (silver cover). We had a lot of laughs yet shared in the struggle of what it means to be a good father, a good husband. I loved sending Kelly & Josh to see Switchfoot in concert, giving him a day off to spend with Isabel. Josh had a way of making everyone around him feel loved. He was instrumental to our growth as a company at Total Power, Inc. Going to miss him terribly. #Copythat
