Patrick James Jordan was a man who celebrated life and revelled in good times with great people. Born in New York NY, growing up in south Florida with his parents Larry and Peggy, and younger sisters Sue and Alyssa, and later making a home for himself, his wife and 3 children in Jacksonville FL, Pat was a man known for his open, warm smile and easy friendship.  He was an ardent golfer, fisherman, and connoisseur of Florida sports and nature. Pat established his love of sport early in life, naturally excelling physically in his youth, and bringing that enthusiasm as a spectator. He was an avid supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars and FL State Seminoles. 

He was proud to serve as an MP and Investigator in the United States Military- where he would meet his future wife, Kathy. Both fondly recall their service in Germany as some of their greatest adventures shared in life.  Together, they created a home and family, welcoming their son Peter and daughters Meagan and Hailey Jordan.  Family adventures continued in trips to Florida’s natural springs, beaches, amusement parks, as well as extended family skiing and exploring the United States.

One of Pat's natural gifts was his engaging and genuine spirit, which he shared generously. He enjoyed a three decades long career as a road representative at Fox Rowden McBrayer. Patrick was brought in by original founder Bob Rowden, with FRM's wonderful owners and employees continuing to love and support him to this day. Pat loved his career, customers and those he worked with at FRM. He got out as much as he put in of the solid relationships with clients and colleagues, many who became invaluable friends or extended family. We will be forever grateful for all of the support and consideration FRM has provided Pat and his family.

Surrounded by the love of his family and unfaltering support of his friends, Patrick passed on, on March 4th 2021, after over two years battling against aggressive acute myeloid leukemia. Pat’s love of life was vast. Throughout his battle he maintained a positive outlook and had great joy for the future. Most recently, he was able to celebrate the upcoming birth of his first grandchild. Pat will live on through his family- wife Kathy, children Peter, Meagan, Hailey, parents Larry and Peggy, sisters Sue and Alyssa, extended family of cousins, in-laws, uncles and aunts, and grandson- as well as countless friends and colleagues who have been touched by the larger-than-life personality of Pat Jordan. His family is also grateful for the committed care and talents of his medical teams at Mayo Clinic.

In lieu of flowers, his family asks that you please share stories of how Pat impacted your own life, brought joy, humor and positivity to your experiences.  We feel nothing would be more fitting to celebrate this great man. Thank you for being a part of his life.
