OBITUARY
Judith Ann Mattson was born on February 23, 1945 in Minnesota. Her family moved briefly to Missouri and then to California. Judi grew up in Monterey County and developed a life long love of the ocean. She moved to Arkansas for a while and lived in a tent in the Ozark's. Eventually, winter came and she moved into town.
