She would help me with auditions, listen to me vent, share some life advice and just be a friend when I needed one. I had a lot of family issues in school that nobody really knew about. Yet, this woman somehow got me to open up. Even after graduation she never failed to check up on me. I remember when my dad passed away and she wrote me the nicest message on a private conversation that they had after one of our shows. She really did care about every single one of her students.
She was such a kind person and will be greatly missed. less

I was in Atlanta because SHE pulled strings to get me an interview on 94.5 FM and later that night we went to some super ratchet club lol but we had THE BEST TIME. We laughed and made fun of people dancing (I know it wasn't nice, but that was OUR thing) the entire night... I knew she wasn't feeling the greatest at the time, but the fact that she still decided to spend the entire day with me and then went out clubbing with me spoke so much to her character. Rainey was an INCREDIBLY strong and independent woman. I will always love her for the wisdom she shared with me for the years that I knew her. She will forever be missed and loved. less
