One of my greatest memories with Joi would have to be May 2018. I was in Atlanta because SHE pulled strings to get me an interview on 94.5 FM and later that night we went to some super ratchet club lol but we had THE BEST TIME. We laughed and made fun of people dancing (I know it wasn't nice, but that was OUR thing) the entire night... I knew she wasn't feeling the greatest at the time, but the fact that she still decided to spend the entire day with me and then went out clubbing with me spoke so much to her character. Rainey was an INCREDIBLY strong and independent woman. I will always love her for the wisdom she shared with me for the years that I knew her. She will forever be missed and loved.
