Virginia (Ginny) died peacefully on October 23, 2019. She was born February 4, 1925 in Spokane, Washington. Ginny attended schools in Washington state; Roosevelt elementary school in Spokane; St. Paul's School for Girls high school, and Whitman college in Walla Walla. Later, in 1990 she graduated with a Philosophy degree rom Mundelein College, Chicago, lllinois .... and continued her studies at Garrett Evangelical Seminary.

During her lifetime, Ginny was a mother, wife, student, teacher, secretary, administrator, model, artist and swimmer. She was a member of Tri Delta Sorority in the Whitman College Chapter. For 18 years employed as secretary by Ayerst Laboratories. Until her retirement Ginny was active with YMCA, Church and Collegiate youth programs. She received awards for her work in youth aquatics and day camp programs. On Northwestern University's campus, Ginny served as House Mother for a National women's sorority. She also was a member of the Presbyterian Campus Youth Ministry Board.

In the summer of '95 she retired to Orleans, MA. Here, Ginny actively participated in local areas such as the Nauset Newcomers, Friends of the Snow Library, H.K. Cummings Restoration collection, Marian Craine Gallery Committee, National Seashore Park, OCVA Board, and Federated Church.

At the end of World War II in 1945, she married Warren E. Sutton. Ginny is survived by her daughter, Jessica and her husband Roy and two sons Lynn and David with their wives, Marea and Julie, and a granddaughter, Olivia.

A memorial service will be at the Federated Church.
