Survived by his daughter Kysha Nicole Mitchell, son Ronald Leon Jones II, granddaughter Selah Amedia Mitchell, and grandson Sharai Nokomis Mitchell. Survived by his daughter Kysha Nicole Mitchell, son Ronald Leon Jones II, granddaughter Selah Amedia Mitchell, and grandson Sharai Nokomis Mitchell. He was a loving father and grandfather, as well as a great friend to many.
An avid reader and lover of science fiction, he liked books and movies that pushed his imagination toward the future. He was a long time Oakland Raiders fan, through ups, downs, and everything in between. And he was there for those that needed him, always supportive, always dependable.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Oakland’s Very Own Tavern & Eatery, 4pm on February 2, 2019, where we come together and remember our Loved One. A scattering of ashes at sea will take place later in the year, around Father’s Day.
