Dick was born November 15, 1945 to Lawrence 'Larry' Heisler and Mary Chester Bradley in Sioux City, Iowa. Dick is survived by his wife Gail, brothers Larry(Jenene), John Heisler(Meme), Clark Heisler(Heather), Shane Heisler(Edette)and their families. His kids, Mari and Jaime Reyes, Rick and Debbie Heisler, Kim Heisler and April Bell(Gregg). His step kids Dustin Carter and Brandy and Shawn Moore. Grandkids include Ashli and Levi Brownlee, Autumn and Chance Whitworth, Alli Rose and Jonny, Michelle, Anastashia and Wranger Saporiti, Corey and Kyle Heisler, Schanel and Rich Homer, Vanessa Bell, Jordan and Colin Moore and Lance Carter. He also was blessed with 8 great grandkids! Dick has always treasured his dear cousin Loretta Mathers and her Husband Danny, who is no longer with us.
Dick and most of the Heisler family are known in the tower industry around the United States. Him and his brothers worked their entire lives in telecommunications and a lot of it together. Dick was proud to be a Heisler and was very close with his brothers. However, he loved his kids and grandkids. That's what made his face light up!
Dick has influenced so many people, he has taught and guided more people than any of us can know - HIS LEGACY IS REAL! Everyone that knew him would consider him a friend. He was loved and admired by so many. Our hearts are heavy, he will be truly missed.
