If you would like to share a memory, message, photo or story about your connection to this wonderful lady, please do so here: We will gather these special moments in a book for Peace’s family and for TPC in her memory.
Peace touched so many lives with her love and generosity, as she considered everybody to be family. We will miss her terribly but know that her spirit lives on.

I arrived in Bukinda and was pointed towards their house. I knocked on the door with some trepidation as I had no idea who I was actually going to meet...when Peace opened the door she just smiled at me and wrapped me up into an amazing hug, before welcoming me in and making me feel more at home than I could ever have imagined. I remember sitting in the yard with the kids and Peace while she made chapatis for us all. A true example for all of us in how to live our lives, with love and compassion. Lots of love from Edward. less

Peace is a stunning woman, who inspired me with her strength, her empathy, and her emotional & cultural understanding. A leader, a teacher, a "therapist" (in her way), a social worker, an adopted mother, and so much more. I am grateful for the time I was given to get to know her and learn from her example. I am a better counselor and a more charitable human because of her influence on my life. Peter, Reese, Lukas, and I remember her with love and joy in our hearts. What a beautiful gift she gave to so many. Our thoughts are with Golden, Aine, Ruth, Tim, Sarah, Racheal, and all TPC children. less
