Palmarin A. Pizarro of Las Vegas, NV died peacefully on March 9, 2019He was born in Santa Maria Ilocos Sur Phillipines on May 7, 1938 to Baltazar and Joan Pizarro. He attended St. Mary's Junior College and continued his education at Philippine College of Criminiology.Palmarin enjoyed being with his family, especially taking driving trips with Joy and in his younger days he enjoyed playing the drums in his family band.
