Mrs Eunice Goke Bankole (nee Amoka) was born on the 7th of May 1992. She had her primary education at Command Children's School, Kaduna after which she proceeded to St. Michael's Anglican College where she earned her secondary school certificate in July 2008. In the same year, she secured admission into Covenant University where she graduated with a First Class in Mass Communication in Jun 2012.
She was led to Christ Jesus as personal Lord and Saviour on 10th February 2011 and became a member of the Deaf Ministry of All Nations Christian Assembly.
She was posted to Jigawa State for her National Youth Service Corps where she was a Radio Personality at FM Andaza, Jigawa Broadcasting Corporation and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Editorial Board of the National Youth Service Corps Community Development Service. She was a member of Winners Chapel, Jigawa and served with the media department.
After her National Youth Service year, she started her career as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Mass Communication, Covenant University while running her Masters' Programme where she graduated with a Distinction grade. She proceeded to the Lagos Business School where she worked as a Researcher from 2016 until her marriage, after which she moved to Jigawa State to join her husband.
She got married on the 27th of January 2018 to Goke Bankole and was happily married till the time of her call to glory.
Following her passion for people, and community service, she had a thriving career with various NGOs.
As Communications Consultant with Palladium International in Jigawa State, a Knowledge Management Consultant with Family Health International (FHI) 360 Clinical Services, Associate Consultant with the Department for International Development/Save The Children International and Mannion Daniels West Africa Limited in Jigawa State. Her most recent work was with the Integrated Health Program (A Palladium International project) in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, Nigeria.
She was a member of National Institute of Public Relations and a member of Association of Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN).
Amongst several excellent services, she received awards for Best Social Impact Project, Lagos Business School's Young talent Programme in July 2016, Best Graduating Student, School of Human Resource Development, as well as the Best Graduating Student, Department of Mass Communication, Covenant University, Ogun State, Nigeria, in 2012.
Eunice, your love for God is unequalled. You are pure joy and bring such pleasure to our lives. you love very deeply and you teach us to the same. You are absent in the body, but present with the Lord and your presence here will always be greatly felt. You embody the spirit of excellence, thorough and detailed in all you do. Eunice is survived by her husband, Goke Bankole, father, Samson Amoka, mother, Julie Amoka, brother, John Amoka, and sister, Grace Amoka.
