Marvin "Dean" Stapleton (75) passed on in peace on September 20, 2020 after a battle with dementia. Marvin was born on June 6, 1945. He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War as a Chef. He went on to become a Roofing Contractor, running a successful roofing business for over 25 years.
Besides spending time with his family, Marvin had an affinity for classic cars, western films, watching cowboys football, and country music. He was married to the love of his life, Brenda Stapleton, for 42 years. A man of integrity, if you were a friend of Marvin's family you were a friend of his.
Marvin was preceded in death by his father William Stapleton, mother Annie Stapleton, and all of his brothers and sisters. He was also preceded by his daughter, Shelly Stapleton.
Marvin is survived by his wife Brenda, his son Matthew Stapleton, and his daughter Tonya Wilson-Brown. He is also survived by his children Trenlin Stapleton and Cindy Stapleton. A loving grandfather, he is now proudly watching over Vincent Aidan (10) and Oliver Dean (2).
