We created a GatheringUs memorial to celebrate the life of Marilyn Brown Smith. Collecting your stories and memories here will offer us great comfort. As we plan virtual gatherings, we will post invites. Remember to RSVP to help us plan. Thank you for contributing to this lasting memorial.

Keisha had a large cabbage-patch doll collection, we would put all the dolls to sleep all across Keisha’s bed then climb into bed right next to Aunty Marcia with no complaints. Aunty Marcia always treated me like a daughter. Always nurturing, loving, comforting, she had the biggest smile, always laughing. As an Adult when I would visit Queens the treatment was no different, loving and nurturing. Aunty Marcia was a beautiful woman with a huge heart. My heart is broken, my only comfort is knowing that she is with God. less
