On Sunday, August 23, 2020, Lori Robinson, loving mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully at the age of 66.
Lori was born to Betty and Nicholas Bosch in Arcadia, California. The family settled in Marin County when she was six years old and she happily called the community home for the remainder of her life.
Lori enjoyed her work immensely. She began her career in Human Resources at Wells Fargo in San Francisco and later transitioned to the world of finance at FICO where she has been a devoted employee for over 20 years. She loved the intellectual challenge of her latter work, likening it to solving a puzzle.
Outside of work, Lori was bitten by the travel bug. Her adventures led her to France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the U.K., Spain, Greece, Morocco, Turkey, and more.
But above all, Lori’s family was her life. Often taking on a caregiving role, she frequently put the needs of others above her own. She was a caring person with a kind and gentle heart, but those closest to her will also fondly remember her for her sharp wit and sense of humor.
Lori’s memory lives on through her children, Victoria and Tyler, son-in-law Arif, grandchildren Elijah and Elise, sisters Anne and Donna, and nephew Peter.
A private celebration of life will be held after COVID restrictions are lifted. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Autism Speaks in Lori’s name.
