On Monday, May 11th, 2020, Jared Anton Stuteville, loving father, son, and brother, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 37.
Jared was born on July 22, 1982 in Rolla, Missouri to Edward and Kristina Stuteville. He was a talented and hard-working carpenter and started his career in the Carpenter’s Local Union #2214 out of Festus, Missouri. He moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2013, where he continued his career at Hometown Construction, eventually becoming a foreman.
Jared was a proud, dedicated, and fun father to his five year-old daughter, LeslieAnn, whom he spent most of his time with, taking her to baseball games, the trampoline park, on bike rides to the park to feed the ducks, and on walks with their beloved pup, Bailey. Jared had a passion for the St. Louis Cardinals, playing pool, hiking, biking, brewery hopping, and goofing around. He had a great sense of humor, loved to make people laugh, and was a very loyal friend and family man. He loved to play drums and see live music, mostly with his brother, Josh. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his headstrong and kind spirit.
Jared was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leslie Anderson, Edward Stuteville, and Norma Stuteville. He is survived by his daughter, LeslieAnn, his mother, Kristina Stuteville, his father, Edward Stuteville, his brother, Joshua Stuteville, his sisters, Alicia McCreary and Elizabeth Greiner, his niece, Emma Greiner, his grandmother, Sona Anderson, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jared is gone too soon, but he will never be forgotten, and his memory will live on in our hearts forever. We will not be holding a funeral service at this time. We will have a gathering once we can get his family and friends together. Please leave memories and photos of your times with Jared. In lieu of flowers or donations, please consider contributing to a trust for his pride and joy, LeslieAnn.
