With her great heart Mama embraced all and sundry. We had great times when she visited Nairobi and we dined together at the Odubekun’s. We were immediately adopted and honored to remember her with fond memories. Lola kept us up to date on all the fun. The Sagnias

It’s startling to believe that it’s already been a whole year since Nana departed. Taking solace in my knowledge that she is still praying for us all. May she continue to rest in perfect peace 💕

Omolola Odubekun Remember how we got VIP seats because someone from the Emir's Palace ecognized Mum (she had delivered a number of babies there) and said she had to get the best seating as a result! "Ah, Sanu Matron! Rankishidade!"

Omolola Odubekun ???? I believe Babz was also just getting over the measles at the time. Hence the 'dots' on his face! Tobi's just wondering what all the fuss is about turning "ONE."

Omolola Odubekun Those were the days, Tunde! Im so glad you were able to remind Mum of that. She LOVED anything to do with child health and still participated in health clinics in the Zaria area for a.lont time post-retirement. Your visit was a real treat!

Omolola Odubekun Dear Aunty, at 9a.m. promptly every Sunday, over the last few years, you were there to take Mama to church. This was generally followed by a sumpuous lunch and relaxing chat. The demonstration of true love and friendship In action!

Sanu Mama. The past year hasn't been the same without you, but I know that there is 'no love without pain.' The only way to heal the pain is to love. You loved everyone as your own. A fantastic legacy..Rest In Peace.

Mama was a woman who had smiles to brighten your days, who always made you feel good with her warm words of praise. And what's more she Knew what to do to make wishes come true. Our hearts are with you Mama.

A great mother she was! I'm glad our paths crossed in our sojourn here on earth. The mother and son love we shared here leaves me in no doubt that we'll share it more perpetually there in heaven when the time comes. Rest on cheerful Mama!
