Glen is survived by his wife Sherri of 20 years, daughter Gabrielle Gadiano, son Benjamin Gadiano, father Roger (Stepmother Maria) Gadiano, brother Willem (Christina) Gadiano, sister Virginia Gadiano and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and Zeus (his loving chocolate lab). Glen was a loving father, husband, uncle, son and true friend to everyone. He touched many of our lives bringing warmth to our heart and a smile to our face. There was not a person he could not befriend whether it was at Wittenberg University, Abbott laboratories, law school, his various law firms, sailboat racing, fly fishing, mountain biking or at the ice rink watching his son play hockey. He was loved by all and we all loved him.
The family will greet friends from 3:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral home at 516 S. Washington Street, Naperville. Funeral Mass for Glen will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 9:30 am in Naperville, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made to the Gadiano Family fund (gofundme.com) https://www.gofundme.com/f/gadiano-family-fund in lieu of flowers to assist Gabby and Ben with their education.

I did visit Glen at Wittenberg his freshman year but our paths separated for whatever reason life seems to take us.
He was a good friend in high school and i have never forgot the way less

But truly, Glen for me, was music. Having an older brother who always had the best music was always exciting and made him seem pretty cool. He had music in his veins and oozing out his fingertips as he played guitar. He was a natural. I could only wish to be able to play like him. Ben you are well on your way so please keep it up. To sit and watch and listen to him as he figured out a song, he’d only just heard, with only a video or tape constantly hitting pause and rewind and play again — and again and again and again would be annoying with to else. But his innate ability and determination showed his love and passion to express himself through his musicality.
I was reminded of his college nickname “Bing”. He told me once it was based on a friend’s misheard lyric from Dylan’s “Quinn the Eskimo”
The subject of the song is the arrival of Quinn (an Eskimo), who changes despair into joy and chaos into rest, and attracts all the attention from the all animals. There could not be a better matched nickname-misheard or not.
So when I head back to Martha’s Vineyard I’ll remember that it was Glen who, almost 25years ago, planted that Jackopierce seed for me and he knew that there’d always be a connection to “stay on the Vineyard for the summer.”
My brother always lit up a room.
"We'll shine like stars in the summer night
We'll shine like stars in the winter light
One heart
one hope
one love”
Not just as the finished lyric with “with or without you” but because of you, Glen, We shine.
Glen I’m sorry for the times you spent missing me. Now I’ll spend the rest of my days missing you. I love you my brother miss you so much already. less

Glen is one of the funniest people I have ever known. I was always laughing when in his company. We shared many good times together while at Wittenberg and beyond. Glen's smile was infectious and he always made anyone around him feel good.

You left this earth way too early, and cannot come to grips that you are no longer with us. I will miss your witty sense of humor and how you made it your life mission to make me laugh. You have so many friends that loved you and will always cherish the fact that you were in my life. You lived your life they way you wanted and along the way, you became part of a family that I am lucky to know and love. So many stories to tell and share. From our days living in Chicago, trips out west to fish and camp to the super bowl parties in Vegas, among many many others. I will miss your laugh, smile, intelligence (still think you should've been a Doctor) and compassion. You left behind a wonderful legacy with Sherri, Gabby and Ben. I love you and stay away from my cabin until I see you again! less
Glen made me laugh and smile in every conversation I ever had with him. I was so blessed to have him as a friend for 30 years. His smile lit up the room. 🙏
