Emilie Jane Caithlin Conroy passed away peacefully on May 15, 2021 at the age of 49. Born and raised in Philadelphia, her adventurous spirit took her to France, Italy, Monaco, Canada, and Florida, as well as many virtual and astral planes. A sweet, kind, and funny soul by nature, Emilie made friends everywhere. She was a woman of incredible intelligence and many varied interests – from history and space exploration, to spirituality and cultural connectedness, to anime, comic books, heavy metal rock, animals, and crafting. An author herself, she parlayed her love of writing into a career as a literary agent. She had a unique perspective that will be greatly missed.
Emilie is survived by her loving parents, Janet and Joseph, sister Catherine and beloved cat Jack. The family will hold a private memorial and asks for donations in Emilie’s name to the National Kidney Foundation, the ASPCA or The Rattlesnake Conservancy in lieu of flowers.
