Deborah Ann Normand (Norman) was born in Manhattan, New York on March 1, 1956, to Gilbert (Marin) Normand and Ruth (Elenore) Lavigne Norman(d). Deborah was the youngest of 7 children. She is proceeded in death by her parents, daughter Yolanda Richardson and brothers, Jerome and Philip Norman. She leaves behind her daughters Tomika, Jocelyn, Nicole, and 12 grandchildren and, her Aunt Lena Carrier, brother Gilbert Kenneth Norman, and sisters Emily Rose Grant, Jacqueline Ruth Lieber, and Kathryn Ann Mabron. Her Nephews are Eros Robinson, Paul Grant, and Phillip Norman Jr. Her Nieces are Deplam Kobs, Dianne Kinney and, Diane, Yvonne, and Phyllis Norman. less
