Marie Dicolen & Jennifer Mills are inviting you to a virtual memorial "Celebration of Life" for Bella Olson on 5/16/20 from 3:30-4:30 PM (Pacific Time) via Zoom Meeting. This is a time for us to reflect on a beautiful person who has impacted our lives in one way or another.
Our facilitator will be Teresa Dicolen, Belle's niece.
Please feel free to prepare a short informal speech, a verse (or prayer verse), poem, a short memory, or memento that will remind us all of a time of her life with us.
If you are shy with speaking, you are welcomed to include your thoughts and memories at: https://www.gatheringus.com/memorial/bella-olson/3141 You can add photos or videos that you might have of Belle on that page.
If you would like to join us at the end of the memorial to toast a drink - any drink - to the memory and celebration of her life, we would like that very much.
Included below is the link to join the Zoom Meeting that has been scheduled for this Saturday afternoon. We look forward to seeing you on this special day and time.

Bella was born in Yokohama, Japan. Because she and her sister were U.S. Navy brats, she had the opportunity to travel to different countries and various states in the U.S. throughout her childhood and young adult life.
Bella settled in Los Angeles where she lived for many years. She worked in the medical field and enjoyed helping people in various healthcare roles. She always advocated for her patients, friends and her family.
She may have been small in stature, but she had a fiercely big personality and left an impression with everyone she met. She enjoyed cooking, sewing/quilting, and listening to all kinds of music, but specifically Hawaiian music. She was a wonderful person who positively impacted our lives in one way or another. She will forever be missed, loved, and treasured in our hearts and minds.
Bella is preceded in death by her son Sean Vincent. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Travis), grandson Kaeden, parents Cordelia and Escolastico, sister Marie (Tony), nieces Teresa (Brett), Andrea (Matt), and great nephews and niece James, Everett, and Logan.
We says, until we meet again, rest in Paradise.

Mani-pedi is what she bribed me with so I'd stop chewing my nails. I always loved her nails. She always like to have the little embellishments done on her nails.

Sissy Belle was my all understanding, all supportive and ever loving and loyal friend. She had a big place in my heart and will always be with me in spirit. Love and miss her terribly...

She was strong-willed and determined, which was why she survived all her health issues until this time. She always had many stories to tell and we spent hours talking about everything. I will always remember her crazy sense of humor, her thoughtfulness, her love of life, and her unforgettable laughter & giggles. I miss her hugs and her whispers of gratitude and love. I kept saying "You don't have to thank me. You're my sister!" I wish I could have hugged her more and told her how much I loved her more frequently. But I know she knows that. I am forever grateful to God for having blessed her into my life. Her daughter, Jennifer and I are so grateful we were able to be with her several times a day every day before she passed. I love her with all my heart and soul and always will. She is at peace with God and her little angel son, Sean Vincent. May she rest in peace in God's loving arms knowing that she was loved and cherished. And may we all be comforted by the warm and beautiful memories of her life with us.
