Omi was someone truly amazing, one that I could even call my own "second grandma". I have lived with her grandson William for 2 years and some of the best memories I had of her would simply be the conversations she had with me when I decided to jump into a call! She never minded me joining in, and the comfort of having such casual conversation with her was always a delight. She cared and talked to me like one of her own, and that truly meant a lot.
She will be missed, but not forgotten. Prayer for the many friends and family who mourn her. less

Angelika was not related to us by blood, but her and her children are family to ours regardless of blood. She would often come over to eat with us, her and my mother hang out at least once a week, go do chores, shop, and get food. She always loved food, even if she was a bit picky about it sometimes. Some of our fondest memories of her are when we gathered to break bread together. You will be missed greatly, and my condolences to her family and friends that were also grieving this loss.
ANGELIKA was to fun to work with, she always smiled, was friendly to all, up beat and kind making it a warm pleasant experience at work. ANGELIKA was my friend and I will miss her always...
Angelika was my dear friend and co-worker. In fact, she helped me get my job - we attended the same Lutheran Church in Vallejo together. We have worked together for the last 8 years! I do not know how I will function without her! We were a great team... moreAngelika was my dear friend and co-worker. In fact, she helped me get my job - we attended the same Lutheran Church in Vallejo together. We have worked together for the last 8 years! I do not know how I will function without her! We were a great team - 2 counselors together. We had so many laughs and smiles as we worked side by side! Angelika was the strongest woman I ever met. She showed up to work no matter what!! She insisted on working to the bitter end! Her counseling work meant so much to her..and her clients loved her! She was tough but they knew she always had their back. She will be missed by so many! Rest in Peace dear friend! Angelika is with the angels now - and probably telling them what to do! less

We met Angelika through a friend around 1987 and immediately took a like to each other. My daughter was only about nine years old and Angelika treated her like a little adult. We did so many things together but one that I would like to share is that we did a "Master Mind" group where we met together once a week, wrote down our goals and aspirations and provided each other support and encourangement. My daughter, who was about ten by then, wanted to be included and Angelika was fine with that. She was that kind of a person; compassionate, understanding, funny, open-minded, loving and the list goes on. I'm happy that she
isn't suffering, but she is so much a part of my heart and soul that she will always be missed even though I'm sure that she'll always be near when I need her. She was as
her name implied, an "Angel." We love you and wish you well on your journey. less
