Andrea Ellen Phillips (Andy) went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, February 22, 2020.

Andy was born on December 4, 1943, in Baltimore, Maryland to Effie Gertrude and Andrew Charles Bollman. 

Andy was predeceased by her parents and her beloved sisters Joyce Marley Helms and Joan Iris Cummings and is survived by her sister Lois Benges and many nieces and nephews.   Andy is also survived by her four beloved children Franklin Anthony Owens (Tony), Mark Aaron Owens, Lisa Amber Owens-Lyons and Melanie M. Shearer.    Andy is also survived by her grandchildren Stephen, Anthony, Brandon, Nicole, Zachary, Jacob, Lily and Aidan and her many great-grandchildren. 

Andy enjoyed working in accounting and as an Account Manager for DavCo Food Inc., in Crofton for over twenty (20) years and after retirement enjoyed volunteering as a Library Aide at Ridgeway Elementary and spending time with her grandchildren.   In retirement, she also enjoyed lunches, movies and shopping with her friends and recently volunteering with the Sunshine Team.    She loved attending church on Sundays and spending time with her grand-dogs and cats.

Andy loved spending time with her friends and long conversations about life and love.   She was a proud mom and even more proud grandmother of all her grandchildren and their accomplishments.   Andy also loved listening to music - Josh Groban, Neil Diamond and so many more.  She also loved British Television shows, romantic novels and watching television and movies of all kinds,
