Chef Rodelio was talented genuine, and giving. We first met when he opened Sunda in Chicago and we remained good friends ever since. He was always willing to help with my projects and events and was my go to chef a few years ago when we hosted a huge black tie gala. During that time he ended up developing a great relationship with another featured chef from New York by taking her under his wing and helping her source ingredients and a kitchen to prep her food. He was that guy. Selfless and always willing to help. Chef, you will be missed. RIP
