I found this meme about bossy vs. leadership skills and Monica loved it! She printed it and hung it in her office for a while. When we would be onsite working with a health plan to put their best foot forward in their RFP response, Monica would have a very direct way with people and tell them how they should do things. We used to say she was being bossy (jokingly).
