Pauline was the den mother of R&Q. She made everybody feel loved and seen, and wasn’t afraid to give us tough love. I lost my dad and also got divorced in the last 2 years, and Pauline was the first person to text me to see if I needed anything, and to tell me she loved me. She wasn’t my colleague- she was my friend. The world is a lot less warm without her in it.
