I am deeply saddened by the news that my Master’s advisor Dr. Ken Steif passed way on 3rd Sept, 2021.
He was knowledgeable and supportive as a mentor. From his class I learnt concrete analytical skills which are still valuable resource till now.
Two years ago, I told him I’ll do a PhD, he was so happy about my decision and wrote me a recommendation letter. Now I feel the need to carry on with his legacies in urban spatial analytics.
