Dear Margaret, you were one of the kindest, loveliest people I've ever met. It was such a pleasure to have known you. Thank you so much for your work with Toby with our Pets As Therapy charity and all your support. You were both deeply valued and were true assets to our team. Thank you also for your lovely children's book written and illustrated by your talented self. Today I feel very sad but also so very pleased and honoured to have known you. During your life time you made a true difference to the lives of many.
