What a privilege to have been one of Molly's students. Her passion for the outdoors got many of us to fall in love with plein air painting. A few special moments: Her lesson on painting water given while teetering on a rock in Clear Creek, meeting her beloved "aspen family" in Rocky Mountain National Park, her colorful stories of plein air adventures, and of course, her famous "drive-in demo" on the last day of her Rocky Mountain workshop. Molly painted in the snow and sleet while we watched from the comfort of our cars. True to form, she conducted class via Zoom until the end of April, critiquing our paintings via Photoshop.
