So sorry for your loss - to all of Frank's family.
I met Frank through a friend at NAIT in 1983, started running with the NAIT Ulaks on their Sunday morning runs, and got invited and included in the group that ran the Jasper-Banff relay in 1983. Frank gave me lots of advice, but I think his example spoke louder than his words. I'm in my 60s now, still running, and am thankful to have known Frank, if only briefly. His enthusiasm for sport inspired me then, continues to inspire me as I age.
