I am so shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden and tragic loss of a community leader and fellow Tri-Valley API elected official, Catherine Kuo. I always enjoyed our conversations and admired her passion and genuine desire to learn about the issues and serve our community. My deepest condolences and prayers go out to her friends and family. This is such a huge loss for Dublin.
