Alfie was such a special person. The first time we met, he made me an espresso at the coosemans office. He took so much pride in the special coffee (which was among the best I ever had!). Since then, we had lunches where we talked about avocados and Italian food, we toasted at PMA parties, and even enjoyed some baseball games. The family dinners after the NY Produce Show were always a very special invitation. I am sending so much love to everyone grieving his loss.
