May you be at peace now, Mom. United with Grandpy and your grandparents. I will always cherish the memories we made, good and bad. It might be naive, but I really thought death would wait for all the profound words to be said. It doesn't. These things, although we knew it would happen to all of us one day, did not feel appropriate to say when you were still so full of life. Thank you for being there for me when I needed it the most, talked me off the cliff, and thank you for accepting my choices and adventures -- especially since you wouldn't have made the same. I've always been my own, opinionated, melodramatic person, but that was because you made me who I am today. Thank you for the memories.
