Jay was as true a friend as anyone could ever ask for. He's been a brother to me since we were four.

We came up together in Beavers and on the soccer pitch. We logged hours on playgrounds, in school hallways, cafeterias and on walks on home. We went to Jays games and played video games. And as we moved out on to our own, we stayed connected. Our bond and our conversations over the years impacted me in a way that few others ever have or ever could.

Jay - you'll be remembered throughout eternity. The stories of you and your family will be passed down from me to mine. You will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace.
