I met Billie in second grade at Daugherty Elementary School in Garland. We went through Jr High and graduated from Lakeview Centennial High School together. I remember her as this pretty, quiet, shy little girl with long straight blonde hair. We lost touch after High School and then many years later we reconnected on Facebook. She had grown up and came out of her shell and was very funny. I have enjoyed her posts with her and Reta. They have made me laugh and also to pray. I will miss the Sister Humes posts. RIP my friend. I remember a post that Billie recently posted about how much she missed her mom and dad. Well your reunited now as family. Go sing with the Angels.
