Dr. Tony Maalouf was one of the most dedicated and kindest Christians I have ever met. I studied under his leadership for many years. His teaching was an eye-opener of God’s salvation plan for Arabs as recorded in the Bible. I joined him once with a group of students on a mission trip to Lebanon. He cared and valued every student in a very special way. His commitment to raise up a generation of courageous men and women to serve as missionaries and evangelists was matchless. His life is a beautiful memory and will be dearly missed. Though our hearts ache for him leaving us too soon yet we find comfort in God’s promises, “precious in the sight of the Lord the death of His saints.” “Because I live, you will live also.” Now, Dr. Tony is finally in the presence of His Lord and Savior, whom He faithfully loved, rejoicing and enjoying Him forevermore.
