Lisa and I are up north and she took this video/photo of the lake. We sat here and toasted Jim with cold white wine and a lager made with coffee (not Peet’s) and spent some time sitting and listening to the water, the frogs, birds, dragonflies. The last time we saw Jim was in Napa Valley. Lori, Jim, Lisa and I went on a cheesy ghost tour in some wine caves. Big fun. Afterwards, we had a nice picnic lunch and talked for a long time in the shade of some trees near an old winery. I remember, at the end of the day, it took us all a long time say good bye. Lisa and I will miss him terribly. Much love and sympathy to Jim’s family and friends.
