Tio Pete will always remain in my hearth as a loving and caring person. I remember that he and Tia Nena would come to Corpus Christi to visit my mother, Guadalupe R. Curiel. Both of them were so extremely generous with our family. Both of them gave from their hearts and were always so happy together. I took my mother to visit them in Houston before they sold their beautiful home and of course they cooked for us as always. Tio Pete is in a better place with Tia Nena and I can just see them together again dancing and laughing. They will always be in my prayers daily.
