I met Bettie at the Cumberland Golf Course. She generously gave me lessons - not just for golf, but for life. We became very good friends and I enjoyed many many wonderful times with my dear friend - who I always called “Bettie Dear.” And dear she was! When I play golf, I know she is still watching and encouraging me. She was so strong and positive. I am blessed to have known and loved Bettie Dear.
