Robert Garff was always kind to me and my family. In the beginning of my career, he took time out his day to visit my 18 month old son who was deathly ill in the NICU at Primary Children's Hospital. He was genuinely concerned and allowed me the time I needed to be there for my family. From that moment on I knew I had chosen the right person/company to work for. He was a great leader who will be missed.
