Perhaps my fondest memory was sharing a huge piece of coconut cake (from Marietta Diner) and playing pinochle. AND not being able to remember whose turn it was (it was 2 handed pinochle) She loved her yard sales and have included a photo of a sale 3 of us gals had. When it turned bitterly cold, we grabbed whatever was handy to keep warm.

She always had a place at my family's Thanksgiving dinner.

Her life journey was to have a strong connection with God and to do his will. Her illness made this a more than difficult walk. I Iearned from it. I hope that Diane has finally found the peace & fulfillment she craved from life.
