OBITUARY
Warren Paul McWeay, Jr. was born May 15, 1950 to the late Warren Paul McWeay, Sr. and Cora Bingham McWeay, in Washington, DC. He was the third of five children and quite the leader. As a child, he was raised in Church, a former Boy Scout and Newspaper Deliverer. He was educated in the DC Public School System and graduated from Cardozo High School in 1968.
