Virginia Small was truly one of a kind. Those who had the privilege  to know her will attest she was beautiful both inside and out. She was a wonderful friend and made the best companion for Terry. She excelled in the food service industry and was loved by her co-workers and customers alike. She was an avid animal lover & advocate, especially liking dogs and enjoyed spending time with her dog Quinn. Virginia enjoyed spending time with her sister  Gerry and was the proud aunt of 8 nieces and nephews.  Virginia made an impact on many lives throughout the years and was loved by so many. She will be greatly missed.  

In her honor, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Washington County in lieu of flowers as we know this is what she would have liked to see.
