Mum was taken too soon from us due to Covid-19.It pains us that she didn't have family by her side during her last moments here on earth. We take comfort in that she was pain free when she took her last breath, due to the pain medication. We take comfort that she had her nurse by her side and that she wasn't alone. We take comfort in that, God takes only the best. ....and she was definitely the best of the best ini all kinds of ways.

Anyone who knew Mum, would say she was a gentle and kind soul. Her voice was a big hug at the end of a stressful day. It's like a cozy blanket that enveloped you in comfort and warmth. Her smile was as bright as the sun and could light up a dark room. She gave them freely and was never stingy about her smiles. She befriended everyone she met.....definitely charming and elegant in all kinds of ways. 

Mum was an overseas filipino worker. She initially worked as a domestic worker and retired as a nurse. She helped countless people make big decisions. She was the go to person for advice......definitely wise and intelligent in all kinds of ways.

Mum was everyone's Auntie. She took her nieces and nephews under her care and loved them almost like her own. She was there for guidance and as the matriarch of the family, because everyone looked up to her.....definitely caring and giving in all kinds of ways.

Mum was grandmother to 4 beautiful girls. She loved them all and cared for them all equally. She nurtured their talents and encouraged them without any prejudice. She is the one and only Lola in their lives.....definitely missed and long for in all kinds of ways.

Mum was an amazing mother in law. Every day texts of recipes, health supplements, i love yous, don't work too hard, always take care, do you need anything....everyday, without fail......definitely thoughtful and amazing in all kinds of ways.

Mum was a loving mother to her one and only son. She raised a son who was a duplicate of herself. Respectful, kind, strong and loving. Definitely a queen, royal in all kinds of ways.

Out of all of these, first and foremost, Mum was a devoted child of God.
