OBITUARY
Tommy "Tony" Cruz, or Tony Conga Cruz, spent the last half of his life in Austin, Texas, and is perhaps best known as a percussionist in the award-winning band Hard Proof. He was a proud Nuyorican, having grown up in New York's Lower East Side in the sixties and seventies.
