Tom SHACKLES (22 April 1955 - 13 November 2019)

Loved and loving husband of Lyn, father of Ellen and David, father-in-law of Amanda, and 'Tombo' of Alexandra and Grace. A mentor, leader and significant friend of many.

Passed away quickly after a sudden and severe illness. Immensely loved and already missed.

Now with God, restored in the unfailing love of his Redeemer.

MEMORIAL SERVICE - Wednesday 20 November 2019, 2:00 pm

This will be held at North Beach Baptist Church, 10 Groat St, North Beach WA.

We are expecting a large number of people may want to attend the service. Limited parking is available at the church and on Sorrento Street. Please try to carpool where possible and allow sufficient time to find parking and walk to the church.

Afternoon tea will be held at the church, immediately after the service.

In lieu of flowers for the family or service, please consider making a donation to TEAR Australia or purchasing one of their Useful Gifts in memory of Tom's passion for justice, the poor, and the environment:  www.tear.org.au

During the service, you will have the opportunity to write down a memory you have of Tom, which will be collected and passed onto Lyn. If you are unable to attend the memorial, you can leave a message for Lyn and the family through this site.
