Thomas Earl Garringer Jr., 49, passed away on July 26, 2020 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born on December 26, 1970 in Binghamton, New York. Tom lived in Rio Rancho, New Mexico with his family after relocating in 2001.
He is predeceased by his buddy Rascal and survived by his daughter Brittney Vigil, her husband Daniel and son Aaron; his daughter Kelly Garringer and sons Favian and DJ; his son, Brian Garringer; his parents Thomas and Viriginia Garringer; his sister Diana Garringer; brother Patrick and wife Carolann Garringer and cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Tom graduated from Newark Valley High School in 1989, and in his younger years, after high school, he enjoyed camping and fishing with friends and family. He went on to work for a company called Azon for several years, and after moving to New Mexico, worked as a School Bus driver for Rio Rancho Public Schools for many years.
In his later years he enjoyed riding in and pampering his “hot rod honda”, listening to country music, and spending time with his grandson Aaron, daughter Brittney and fur-babies Max, Jasmine and kittens.
He will be greatly missed by his friends, and family. Details about services and memorial will be announced as they become available.
