Theresa Marie Danner Vella June 14,1957 - July 29, 2022. To allow the needed time for family and friends from around the world to be able to attend Theresa funeral her husband Vincent has set the date for her funeral to be on Saturday August 20, 2022. The time and final details of her funeral are still be working out. Theresa request was to be buried in Albion Idaho, in the Donald and Della Danner family plots. So the extra needed time to get her from San Diego to Idaho is another factor to a delayed funeral date. Once I have further detail and wishes of her husband, children and grand daughters I will post them here within this post. Life is Precious and short, so live your best life each day you are blessed to be here. Let those you love know it daily. Let go of any hurts and petty disagreements and embrace the wonderful life you share with the people you love. Theresa so loved and embraced those she loved throughout her life. The many health issues of her later life caused her to need to retire earlier than she wanted to from her nursing career where she help do research to help with children suffering with cancer. She was always the life and laughter wherever she was. She loved animals and no stay animal got over looked by Theresa. Theresa made friends with about everyone she met, and she had a way about her to make the difficulties of life more bearable with her quick wit and sense of humor. But, of all her many life achievements her most Precious thing in her life was her husband Vincent of the last 44 years, their four children Vince Jr, Angela, Anthony and Venessa, and her two grand daughters Rachel and June. Theresa parents are Donald B Danner and the late Della R Smith Danner. Her siblings are Donald K Danner, the late Fredrick K Danner, JoAnn Danner Murphy, Karen Danner Loveless and Kathy Danner Adams. Theresa was a strong women with strong opinions that she freely spoke. She worked hard, she live to the fullest and she loved deeply. From her first breathe to her last breathe she gave it her all in everything she did.

With her battle with cancer I waited until she felt well enough to call me before we talked, so the last few months the calls from her became less often. When I picked up, I was surprised how much she sounds like our mother. I could tell she was tired and in lots of pain so I let her do what talking she wanted, than answered her questions. It was bittersweet to hear her voice yet hear how weak and in pain she was. Yet her talking was not about her. She said she was doing better just tired. She wanted to know how me and my family was. She said a few funny quick witted things as she always did. After a few minutes she said she was tired so she was going to get off the phone. I told her how much I loved her and how I kept her in my thoughts and prayers. She said she loved me, than before she hung up she said “ you know you can call me more often, I like talking with you. So give me a call when you can. And with that she hung up. That was our last conversation. How I will cherish her last call. Even in her pain she somehow knew how much I needed to hear her voice one last time and have the chance to tell her how much I loved and admire her. Theresa was one of a kind, I will miss my big sister and her funny pranks and full of life zeal. less
